We’ve doing business with e.media.it for well over 10 years. In the past they’ve provided us with services from web development/hosting to DNS hosting. While e.media.it maybe small in size, they provide a service that is second to none! Most recent experience occurred on August 19, 2017. After an upgrade to our system the previous evening, the next morning proved to be a challenge. The upgrade did not go as planned and we encountered DNS problems. I called Glenn at 6:00 AM Saturday August 19, 2017 thinking I would just leave a message. Not only did he answer the phone, but spent a great deal of time trouble shooting with me. After all was resolved, we discovered that the problem was not an e.media.it problem!!
You can’t get this kind of service from the big boys!
