Select File tab in Outlook. A new window will open:

 

Click Account Settings button:

 

Click New button. A new window will open:

 

Click Next:

 

Select Manual Setup or additional server types click Next:

 

Select POP or IMAP and click Next:

 

Select IMAP Account Type and configure as shown below:

Incoming mail server: mail.emediait.io
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.emediait.io
User Name: Your email account name
Password: Password provided to you

Then click More Settings.

 

Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication > Use same settings as my incoming mail server:

Then click the Advanced tab.

 

Enable SSL in both right hand drop-down menus use same port number as shown below:

Incoming server (IMAP): 993  (Port 143 if not using SSL)
Outgoing server (SMTP): 465  (Port 587 if not using SSL)

Click OK to return to main configuration window

 

Click Next button to complete configuration. Outlook will verify settings.

 

Click Finish to close window and begin using your account.
