Quick Configuration Instructions

Choose Other mail account type and select IMAP.

Incoming Mail Server (IMAP): mail.emediait.io
Use TLS/SSL Enabled: Port 993

SMTP Outgoing Port: mail.emediait.io
Use TLS/SSL Enabled: Port 465

• Use full email address for User Name for both Incoming and Outgoing Mail server.
• Enter password
• Uncheck Automatically detect and maintain account settings checkboxes for both Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server
• Make sure SMTP authentication is configured with username and password in Apple Mail.
• Choose MD5 or NTLM for password type
